provides you with simple remedies you can try at home. Take a glass of water. add 1 tea spoon of
unfiltered apple cider vinegar to it. Drink this twice or thrice daily. Take a little fenugreek powder. Add equal
amounts of turmeric powder to it and also dried ginger powder. Mix this together. Take
a glass of warm water, add a tea spoon of this powdered mixture, stir it well and take
this twice daily. Take half a tea spoon of baking soda and put
this in a glass of water. Drink this upto 4 times a day and not more than that. Continue
