IT SMELLS SO GOOD IN HERE. IT SMELLS LIKE THE HOLIDAYS BECAUSE OF THAT HAM. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO DO TWO THINGS — UTILIZE OUR LEFTOVER HAM AND USE SOME DUNKIN’ COFFEE. THIS IS A REALLY CLASSIC DISH USING COFFEE. Will: WHAT SHOULD WE DO NOW? YOU HAVE THAT GREAT CAST IRON PAN. MAN, THIS IS GOING TO BE PERFECT FOR THIS RECIPE. WHILE THAT IS GOING, WE CAN GET OUR GRITS GOING. GRITS ARE GROUND UP CORN, BASICALLY. SO BASICALLY A FORM OF POLENTA.
