Red-eye Rudy Giuliani pulls all-nighter tweeting attacks on impeachment of Trump

Get some sleep, Rudy!  Rudy Giuliani was up all night tweeting attacks on Joe Biden and the impeachment inquiry into President Trump, outdoing his boss who is famous for tweeting before dawn Advertisement  Tweeting at 2:10 am, 4:05 am and 5:22 am, the ex-mayor slammed the “blind media” for investigating his unfounded claim that Ukrainian prosecutors improperly dropped a probe into Joe Biden’s son  “They are blindly using the prosecutor who corruptly dismissed the cases against Biden’s son and his corrupt company,” Giuliani tweeted “There was no investigation.”  The red-eye tweet salvo was the latest sign that the impeachment inquiry has seriously rattled Trump and his acolytes  Despite his bluster, Trump desperately called House Speaker Nancy Pelosi last week in hopes of getting her to shelve the inquiry After she launched it anyway, the president tweeted in ALL-CAPS calling on Republicans to stand firm against impeachment but then deleted it in a rare retreat on his favorite platform  Giuliani appears to be seeking to establish himself as Trump’s staunchest supporter amid the impeachment storm  He started his all-night social media onslaught at 10:48 p.m. Sunday by tweeting an attack on Ukraine’s former top prosecutor, who has said there was no reason for an investigation into Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, sitting on the board of a natural gas company  The prosecutor, Yuri Lutsenko, met with Giuliani months ago while Hizzoner was gathering “evidence” for Trump’s attacks on Biden that wound up backfiring so dramatically  The Guardian has reported that Lutsenko gave Giuliani a fake “do not prosecute” list with Hunter Biden’s name on it that fueled Trump’s obsession with Ukraine as a possible fertile ground for opposition research against his potential Democratic rival  On Sunday, 3 hours and 22 minutes later, Giuliani tweeted a clip of White House hardliner Stephen Miller’s performance on a Sunday news show where he trashed the intelligence whistleblower whose blockbuster complaint sparked impeachment  Two hours and five minutes later, Rudy was back on his iPad, defending Miller, who was slammed for apparently encouraging Trump supporters to victimize the whistleblower in defiance of laws barring retaliation against him “This is an excellent explanation by Stephen Miller of the corrupt double standard of the Swamp Media,” Giuliani wrote Related Gallery Timeline of the impeachment inquiry against President Trump  Seventy-seven minutes after his first tweet, Rudy was back on his iPad, responding to media accounts of Lutsenko’s remarks about the Bidens  By then, the sun was still an hour from rising in New York.
